Favorite Ways to Display Guest Seating

When meeting with one of our lovely brides last week, one of our topics was seating arrangements for guests. With so many fun and unique ways to display escort cards and signs, it can definitely get overwhelming to decide what’s best for your day. Today we’re sharing some of our favorite ideas to make your decision making a bit easier!

1. Pairing Escort Cards with Favors

Adding escort cards to your favors is a super easy way to make your display beautiful and interesting. One of our favorite favors are succulents – simple and fun for your guests to take home!

2. Adding Your Floral Details

Using any leftover flowers is an easy way to add detail to your display. Whether you’re adding small floral pieces to your escort cards, or adding larger blooms to your signage, it’s always a stunning addition!

3. Photo Collage

We love when guests are asked to replace their escort card with a photo. This is a fun way to fill the space that once housed seating assignments. Plus, guests can enjoy all of the photos throughout the night, and they're the perfect keepsake from your day!

4. Hand Written Escort Sign

Hand written escort signs are always convenient in case there are any last minute changes; you can just wipe clean and rewrite! One of our favorite escort sign displays is on chalkboard, but we also love using glass or wood. We suggest checking out an antique store for a distressed windowpane or mirror: this is cost effective and always so beautiful!

5. No Assigned Seating

If you decide against a seating chart, we suggest having a sign letting your guests know that they’re welcome to sit where they please. We love this sign from the From Kelly with Love Etsy shop.
