With an innate sense of style and an unwavering attention to detail, Agata brings almost two decades of experience in event design and production to Ines & Marie.
After graduating from Central Michigan University, her career began in London, planning events for an international financial publishing firm. Her natural aptitude for logistics and design quickly led her to New York City, where she advanced into event management while completing her Event Management certification at New York University.
Following several years producing corporate conferences and special events, Agata returned to her Midwestern roots to join the University of Michigan’s distinguished events team; curating high-profile development fundraisers, presidential dinners, and university ceremonies.
In 2012, inspired by the artistry of her own wedding, she launched Ines & Marie, a full-service event and floral design studio rooted in creative excellence and authentic connection.
As Founder and Creative Director, Agata leads with vision and heart. She is the creative force behind every concept, composition, and curated moment; renowned for her refined aesthetic, love of modern romance, and ability to translate emotion into design.
A mother of three and the voice behind our social presence, Agata infuses everyday beauty into all she touches. When she’s not designing, she and her husband, Chris, can be found renovating their lakefront cottage on Cedar Lake, Michigan. Follow along at @thecraigcottage.

Chelsey CAVANAUGH
Event Manager & Designer
Chelsey is the Event Manager & Designer at Ines and Marie. She has been a part of the I&M team for over a decade and is the face behind all things vendor communication, contracts and rentals. Chelsey is a timeline master, logistics queen, and guides our couples through planning all aspects of their day.
She can't resist a spicy marg, loves her morning Barre classes and lives for impromptu weekend getaways. She'll never turn down an opportunity to dance -- especially when "September" is played. Chelsey loves to spend time with her husband Colin in the little bungalow they've renovated with their sweet labradoodle, Lucy.
GABBY AMMIANO
Event Planner
Gabby is the Event Planner and Studio Manager at Ines & Marie. With almost a decade of experience and an Event Management degree from Central Michigan University, her background spans the full spectrum of the guest experience — from the logistics of venue management and food & beverage to the fine details of wedding planning and event design.
Gabby believes that the most beautiful weddings are those that feel deeply personal. She is passionate about weaving a couple’s unique story into the fabric of their design, ensuring that every curated moment is a true reflection of their journey. She thrives on executing seamless events that allow her clients to be fully present in the magic of their celebration.
In her free time, you can find her in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes, wandering through antique shops, or catching up on the latest Bravo shows — usually with one eye on her daily horoscope. She shares her home with her high school sweetheart, Nick, their golden doodles Franklin and Henry, and cats Winnie and Cleo.
SARAH PALMER
Event & Floral Assistant
Sarah is the Floral Sales and Operations Manager at Ines and Marie. With over five years of experience in the event industry, she brings both creativity and organization to every celebration. Sarah loves collaborating closely with clients, and her team members, to bring their floral visions to life, pairing thoughtful design with a strong attention to detail to ensure every piece feels intentional and beautifully executed. From the early planning stages to event day logistics, she thrives on making the process seamless and enjoyable.
She especially loves getting hands-on with flowers - experimenting with textures, color palettes, and unexpected combinations to create designs that feel elevated yet personal.
Outside of the studio, Sarah channels her competitive spirit (a leftover perk from her days as a collegiate athlete) into golf with her husband and friends, pickleball, running, boxing, and vinyasa yoga. She treasures time spent with family and friends and can usually be found chasing after her son or hanging out with her goldendoodle, Dwight.
