D'ARCY & CHRIS

D'Arcy and Chris were married this past June at the Grosse Point Academy Chapel. It was truly such an honor to be apart of their big day! Starting off with a Southern BBQ themed rehearsal dinner at the Grosse Pointe Little Club and ending with a gorgeous summer night of dancing underneath the stars, the entire wedding weekend was absolute perfection. Every design decision made for D’Arcy and Chris’ wedding was based around the key words: Romantic, Chic, Fun-Loving & Tandem-Love. The reception venue was the Country Club of Detroit, and second home for the bride growing up. Since this venue held such a special place in the bride’s heart, we wanted to build off the natural beauty and history of the building, while showcasing their love for adventure and bicycling through their overarching ‘tandem bike’ theme. We sought to keep a sense of chic romanticism in their décor elements to display their light hearted love for one another, and helped pull all of the elements together through the guest experience and the tiny little details; paper goods, décor pieces, custom cake topper, as well as the guest’s welcome gifts. Every aspect of the design worked together cohesively to help tell the story of the bride and groom’s love! Many congrats to D'Arcy and Chris! We wish you a lifetime of happiness!
