No, our team specializes in full service planning and design. After years in the industry, we feel that only these services allow us to deliver events to our standard of excellence.


WHEN SHOULD I BOOK AN EVENT PLANNER?

As soon as possible! Ideally, before booking your venue so we can help craft your budget based on your priorities and find the perfect location that will best accomplish your goals overall . That way the entire process can be seamless with our team guiding you through all of the phases.


Do you do destination events?

We sure do! Our team absolutely loves to travel and are available to take on events anywhere in the US and around the globe. With Europe being the birthplace of our founders we have a special place in our hearts for any travel within it! We also have team members that are fluent in Polish and Boznian.


WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A VENUE COORDINATOR, A DAY-OF COORDINATOR, AND WHAT YOU DO?

A venue coordinator focuses on the activities that pertain to the venue only and will manage the staff under their umbrella. A day-of coordinator starts working with you weeks before the event, after you have secured all of your own vendors, and is there to manage logistics only. We consider ourselves Event Planners & Designers. We are responsible for your experience producing this special occasion from start to finish. From the moment you engage our services to greeting your guests, we ensure a seamless, creative, immersive collaboration between our team and you to bring your wants and wishes to life. And since we also provide floral, paper goods and custom rental services in house - we consider ourselves to be multiple vendors under one roof. So our team has the capabilities and specialty knowledge to truly bring numerous aspects of your event to life!


DO YOU PLAN OTHER EVENTS BEYOND WEDDINGS?

In fact we do! We love planning and designing events outside of weddings! Though we only take on a select number of events each year, we enjoy expressing our creativity and planning corporate events, non-profit galas, milestone birthdays, baby showers and more.


What is the average budget that you work with per guest?

We work with a variety of different budgets, but on average we see our clients spend $750-$1000 per guest.
